1. Non-Commercial Academic Context
GitCanvas is an educational capstone project developed for the Hanoi University E-Business course. Because no real financial charges, credit card debits, or banking transfers ever take place, monetary refunds are neither technically possible nor legally applicable.
2. Simulated Checkout Cancellations
Users testing the checkout flow can cancel or clear their shopping cart and test order history at any moment without fee or penalty by removing items from their cart or clearing local browser data.
3. User Satisfaction & Academic Feedback
We encourage students, evaluators, and peer reviewers to provide feedback, bug reports, and UX enhancement suggestions directly via the public GitHub repository issues page.
